Students in grades 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 trying out for sports/cheerleading activities, are required to have a sports physical examination (current within the last 395 days of the duration of the sport, not the starting date). Documentation must state that the student is able to participate in certain or all activities. The sixth grade and ninth grade school physicals will complete the sports requirement for those grades, so no additional sports physical is required.

Athletics:

7-12 grade athletes - Parents must accompany their child to sign-up for athletics and to pay all athletic fees. Students planning on participating in sports this school year will need to sign-up with Mr. Winemiller Concussion testing will also be available during these times.
