Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year. District wide registration may be done online or in-person. In-person registration will still be online and computer access will be provided at the Senior High building.
Online Registration (click this link for instructions): Beginning Monday, August 2
In-Person Registration:
Wednesday, August 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, August 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Fees
Parents are reminded that registration fees are due prior to the enrollment of their child in school, which also includes any fees still owed from the last school year.

Waiver of Fees
You may be eligible for a waiver of student fees if your gross income is under that set out in the federal guidelines for free meals, or if you are otherwise able to establish that you cannot afford to pay these fees. If you think you may qualify for a fee waiver or free meals, please bring proof of income with you to registration (check stub, public assistance documentation, etc.) Note: Rend Lake College Dual Credit classes & Driver's Education do not qualify for a fee waiver.
Health Exam and Immunization Information
Parents are reminded to bring the required health records when they register their children for school. Exam forms are available from the office of any school.

| Students in grades 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 trying out for sports/cheerleading activities, are required to have a sports physical examination (current within the last 395 days of the duration of the sport, not the starting date). Documentation must state that the student is able to participate in certain or all activities. The sixth grade and ninth grade school physicals will complete the sports requirement for those grades, so no additional sports physical is required. | |||||||||||||
Athletics:
7-12 grade athletes - Parents must accompany their child to sign-up for athletics and to pay all athletic fees. Students planning on participating in sports this school year will need to sign-up with Mr. Winemiller Concussion testing will also be available during these times.General Information for the Start of School
